To keep you informed of the Network and Service we aim to update this page with information and network news as soon as possible to keep customers informed about any planned engineering or any unplanned incidents as and when they happen.

To log a network issues or report a fault customers should email helpdesk@B4SH.org.uk or call 01483 347437.

Our engineers are based locally. This means we can respond quickly and the majority of faults are resolved either same day or the next day.

Recent network events:
2026-09-04 12:35am.
An unexpected equipment software lock up occurred on our Albury cabinet causing around 8 minutes of loss of service. We then took the opportunity to apply a software update to the equipment causing another brief loss of service.

Zyxel do not provide a comprehensive manual for the router. If you wish to configure a function and are unable to find what you need in the admin interface please get in touch. We can provide help.
